Everest Base Camp The Ultimate Trek- April 2010 »

Trekking through the Everest region of Nepal is an all time classic mountain journey. The Khumbu, as the region is known to the indigenous Sherpa people combines magnificent mountain scenery and a fascinating Buddhist culture. We take a circular route, crossing the high Cho La Pass (5330m) to visit all the major settlements and view points of the region. We trek to historic Everest Base Camp and have optional hikes to the stunning Everest view points of Kala Patar, Gokyo Ri and Ama Dablam Base Camp. A couple of extra acclimatization days ensure a relaxed and enjoyable pace on this ultimate trek to the world's highest mountain.

Mount Kailash The Most Sacred Mountain on Earth - May 2010 »

Trekking to Mount Kailash in Tibet, and walking around this Sacred Mountain is probably the greatest mountain pilgrimage on earth. Trekking in Nepal, through the remote North West region of Humla is the most rewarding approach to Mount Kailash. We are delighted to be joined by our friend Antonio Pascual, a student of Tibetan Buddhism for over 35 years. Antonio will be leading meditations and Buddhist teachings during our journey to Mount Kailash. Trekking around Mount Kailash and across the Humla region of Nepal is a strenuous undertaking, however, a keen walker with appropriate preparation can enjoy this amazing journey through the worlds' most inspiring mountain region.

Annapurna Circuit & Mythical Valleys of Nar & Phu - 2009-2010 »

The Annapurna Circuit in Nepal offers spectacular mountain scenery and a variety of ancient settlements of Buddhist and Hindu heritage. As one of the 'Greatest Treks in the World' the Annapurna Circuit is justifiably popular, we avoid the crowds by taking remote trails to the seldom visited ‘Mythical Valleys' of Nar and Phu. Starting out in the lush, green Nepalese foothills we gradually ascend to cross 5000m passes, with awesome views of three of the world's 8000m mountains. With all the highlights of the famous Annapurna Circuit, we have the opportunity to experience the unique feeling of being some of the first trekkers to explore these ancient trails.

The Rolwaling Valley & Everest - November 2010 »

Our Rolwaling Valley & Everest trek offers everything a mountain adventurer can dream of.  Beautiful lowland trekking through foothills alive with terraced farming and Hindu influences lead us to higher altitudes where mountain grandeur and Tibetan Buddhism dominate. There is the option to climb Yalung Ri (5630m), an ideal peak for non climbers who dream of experiencing a Himalayan summit. Continuing through the Rolwaling Valley we cross the challenging Tesi Lapsta pass (5755m) and enter the homeland of the Sherpa's and Mount Everest. We cross the Renjo La to Gokyo for the clearest views of the world's highest mountain

Feedback - Nar & Phu 2009 Feedback

"It was everything I expected, and nothing I expected (if that makes any sense). We saw some of the most beautiful, remote parts of the Himalayas, practically untouched by our Western society. I built relationships with wonderful people from home and abroad, I was led down a mountain by a Buddhist monk who took me places I did not think possible, I saw people carrying wood for days just to keep warm at night, I experienced an incredibly beautiful culture and I grew with Hovan, my partner, as he experienced one of the toughest mornings of his life. It has truly been an amazing once in a lifetime experience for me."
