Wilderness Trekking Booking Procedure

Follow the instructions below to book your Wilderness Trekking holiday.

1. Check the availability of your trek by Phone: 1-250-285-3195 or Contact Us, BEFORE purchasing your international airline ticket.
2. Read the Wilderness Trekking Booking Conditions.
3. Reserve your place by payment of a US$500, non-returnable deposit. Please pay your deposit by Credit Card using the 'Pay Now' button below.
   
4. Purchase your International Air Ticket. Air transport to the Himalaya can book up early and we advise booking of your international ticket ASAP. We STRONGLY ADVISE taking out trip cancellation insurance immediately upon obtaining your international air ticket.
5. Obtain your Travel Visas, Vaccinations and Personal Travel Insurance.
6. Print our Personal Equipment List to help with your preparations.
7. Balance of payment is due at least 60 days prior to your trek departure date.
