Trek Description

Set against the majestic backdrop of the Ganesh and Boudha Himal ranges, this serene Himalayan valley is rich in ancient art, culture and religion. The relatively low altitudes of this unique Himalayan journey make this an ideal first time trek and a stunning exploratory opportunity for Himalayan connoisseurs.

A sacred Himalayan pilgrimage valley situated in the Gorkha region of Nepal, the Tsum Valley was only opened to trekkers late in 2007 and very few foreigners have set foot in this magical region close to the Tibetan border. The altitude of our Tsum Valley trek ranges from (1905m / 6290ft) in Lhokpa, to our highest camp at Mu Gompa around (3700m / 12200ft).
